It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of Jerry Divers, our founder, friend, business and community leader, and loving family patriarch. He is remembered as a patient, kind, modest and effective leader, and leaves behind a lasting impact on our bank, in the banking industry and within the Tampa Bay community. He was an inspiration to many and will be deeply missed.
