Making change possible through the collective impact of many human service nonprofits on one Campus of Caring.
About us
We all want to live in a balanced, thriving community. But poverty, addiction and homelessness limit many in our region from maintaining a healthy quality of life. With so much at stake, it can seem like making a difference is impossible. But collective impact makes change possible. Our Mission: To connect, support, and sustain a network of human service nonprofits for a stronger community. Our Vision: A supported network of human services whose collective impact improves the quality of life in our community. The Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center is called the “Campus of Caring” because it is home to multiple nonprofit health and human services agencies that help adults, children, and families in need. Tenant partners report that they are better able to achieve their goals by maintaining stronger revenues, delivering higher quality services, operating larger programs, and benefiting from improved staff morale, recruitment, and retention. In 2021, the Center’s tenant partners touched the lives of 24,000 individuals in our community through 93 programs delivered by more than 200 staff. The economic impact is profound, as the tenant partners’ budgets totaled over $25 million. Those dollars help to offset and alleviate burdens on other major social welfare systems such as healthcare, the criminal justice system, and education. Our work is led by four core organizational values. SERVICE Our service and leadership are grounded in diversity of thoughts, words, and action. Our doors are always open to conversations that lead to growth and success for staff and partners. TRUST We champion and foster transparency and integrity in our mission, on our team, and in our community. RESPECT We value all people and partnerships through a lens of sensitivity and compassion by supporting an inclusive, healthy, and safe environment. COMMUNITY Our community-focused culture encourages collaboration towards shared goals and campus connection.

Nominations are open for Glasser/Schoenbaum's second annual Emerging Leader Awards! The award recognizes three entry-to-mid-level professionals in health, human services, and arts & culture who desire to further their leadership potential. "The Emerging Leader Award program was a great opportunity for me to learn from some amazing local leaders, assess my own leadership style through the lens of the "The Leadership Challenge", and through the project, determine how I wanted to specifically make a difference in my own organization. Whether you want to learn what it means to be a leader at your personal best or you want to fine tune your own leadership style, applying for this program is a chance to explore leadership practically with great mentors and an excellent roadmap." - 2023 awardee, Kelly Duyn, Asst. Director of Education & Community Engagement https://lnkd.in/efDcNqmW"
