Beneva is a really friendly and knowledgeable shop and we've used them before. Skip the "big name" shops and get your florals locally, you won't be disappointed!

Disappointed, roses where passed fresh when delivered lasting only 5 days, flowers purchased at Publix have lasted longer, the Valentine flowers were delivered on the wrong day with an sloppy message, I have used beneva florist for years, last year was dissatisfied as well, but thought it was just a fluke, not so, service has declined,

When a loved one becomes hospitalized,the first thing you want to do is provide love and cheer them up. But that's tough when your in another state. I immediately went on line for flowers and balloons from Beneva flowers and my aunt that received them said they were very beautiful.

Our flowers were severely delayed because of the hurricane which I get. But 4 days to wait for them was a lot.
When they arrived they were very small even though I was told that for $100 the order would be very nice.
When I called what I learned was the cost of flowers has gone up x3 so what you used to get is not what you are going to get now. I wish I had known that when booking!
