Horrible service, the driver smelled like cigarettes and we were 30 minutes late. Parked in handicap spot I don't know why?

I was in a big jam because we were rerouted to Tampa and needed to get to Naples and Tampa had no rental cars Dolphin saved us big time. What's even more impressive is our flight landed at 130a and they still helped us out. Our driver Harry was absolutely the best. First class service all the way. Would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone! Thanks again, Dolphin. You saved us big time!

I interviewed with this company, and passed a drive test. However there were several "red flags." I did not accept employment because of these major concerns:
The company expects you to pay ALL the hard costs to get started, (there are many) additionally, expecting you to outlay cash for your own company required drug test.
Also, Their website is misleading, Starting pay is $16. How Interesting that they are able to pay a third-party company to prescreen employees. It's not like they're hiring hundreds of people to process.
Employee is also expected to keep chauffeur uniform looking sharp ... on $16 Hourly before taxes?
Tips are discouraged, employees are expected to tell client that they've already paid for their services.
They may treat their customers well, but it appears the perspective employees are not held in the same regard.

I've had the opportunity to use Dolphin Transportation on my trips to the Naples area and have found them to be EXCELLENT in EVERY way. The best transportation service we have used. We have used them for two round trips, once to Ft Lauderdale International and once to the cruise terminal in Miami. Both trips were from Cape Coral.

Our drivers were professional, polite, timely, safe and entertaining. They were responsive to the needs of their passengers.

The coach and the car that we used were both very clean, well appointed and mechanically sound.

The online reservation service was easy to use. Tony, the person that we dealt with via e-mail was also accommodating, professional and polite. A very good organization that we will enthusiastically use again. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs transportation.

I've never reviewed a car service before, but our experience with our driver from Naples Grande Resort to the airport was so solid, I figured I must. Too bad I forgot his name, but he was awesome. From the start, our driver was friendly, personable, and most importantly - a safe driver.

I had an insane craving for Chickfila and he even let us stop and pick some up to bring to the airport! Amazing! And after all that, we still made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare.
