Do yourself a favor and do not rent from this crooked car rental company!
It took four days of back and forth texting to finally get lined up with a car. Then they send a rental agreement with a $300 deposit added to it that was never mentioned. When I told them that I did not want the car and wouldn't agree to the terms and asked that my $572 charge be credited back to my account they refused and further stated that if I disputed the credit card charge they would charge me an additional $100. All this occurred 2 weeks prior to my scheduled rental date.

This place wasted so much of my time. On their website they advertise car rentals made easy and cheap services. I call them around 2 so I can potentially show up later in the day. They tell me everything is great but then they hang up and start texting me. I'm trying to schedule an appointment and get everything settled but the guy texts me back once every 40 minutes. By the time I have everything ready to go, it's 6:44 and the place is already closed. How unprofessional to text someone, yet alone responding every 40 minutes? Go somewhere your business is welcomed. By the way, their quote was the same as Enterprise, so it's not cheap at all. Save yourself some time and a headache by not associating with these people.

Called 2 days before I needed the car, very last minute and during spring break, all other car rental places were going for close to $200 per day. Dan and his team quickly had a car reserves for me with no issues. I arrived two days later and had a quick and easy transition which most was done via email before saving tons of time. I had keys and was out within 10 mins. Car was perfect, safe, efficient and a steal for last minute during spring break. Returns car couple days later with no issues. Thanks dan and team, great friendly small business.

Do not Rent fron this car place the overcharge you and plus they try to find ways to keep ur deposit. They are fraudulent business and Professional scammers I'm in the process I'm getting a civil attorney criminal attorney dealing with this business they say they return your deposit up to 15 days that's a lie they said it Turner deposit up to 30 days that's a lie I rented a car back in October and now we're in December and have not received a lick on my deposit because they found ways to commit fraud in the contract end with your bank to keep your deposit but one thing about me I'm a fighter and I will not give up because I don't want anybody to experience what I'm experiencing this is a fraudulent business make sure you read your contract up and down and when you drop off your car makes you send a text message when you drop your car off make sure that the car is not damaged and cleaned and a little bit past the gas needed when you first got it so they have no complaints take pictures take pictures save save text messages don't be a victim like me because when this is all over and done I'm going to be a survivor this is my first time renting the car and they took advantage of that and I'm going to fight to the end so I tell you again if you want them to keep your deposit and or commit fraud against you I would not go to this place it's costing me more to fight this then for my deposit or my car rental so what is that telling you I would not let anyone else be a victim so they lied and are ScammmersHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Osha O.Richmond, CA016Nov 12, 2018
Rip off artist,This place is pieces of poo poo .They overcharged on everything.Make you pay high taxes.They not a reasonable reasonable. I didn't pick the car up into 430 5 o'clock and they're overcharged me for a late fee .The car feel like a salvage smell like mildew and mold and dogs wet dog.The seats look dirt azz fuck...Mane fuck this spot go turo & they on turo too !!!The transmission be slip in the car do not feel safe to drive Base model for 100 a day straight rip off .They gave me dirty azz car & told me to wash it in & out hella outta pocket..

Worst rental experience of my life! Kept my$250 deposit, and charged me a extra thousand dollar's for ashes that were there when I got the car. So it's on my credit some how. I actually washed the car inside and out before I brought it back. And filled the gas tank. Because I had a bad feeling about the whole deal. Car was filthy inside and out. I showed them before I left. And I took pics and video's. I'm a mechanic, and most of their car's shouldn't be on the road. Actual definition of rent a wreck. This car had wood screws holding parts on. Absolute junk. They have sent me 100s of emails and harrassed me. I reported them to the better business bureau. They blocked me on Facebook. All of their 5 star reviews are them or their "friends" and "family". Save yourself a lot of stress and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This was May 2019, if I can find the picture's I will post them.

BAD BAD PLACE TO RENT A CAR
Do yourself a favor don't ever rent a car to this place it's a waste of time and waste of money.
Rent a car with them 1 day before my rental expired the car won't start I have feeling it's the battery so I notified them early in the morning I didn't get a respond late that afternoon and they telling me that it's my responsibility to take care of the battery so I called the customer service to HyreCar and they told me that it's the owner responsibility anything mechanical it would be the owners responsibility and it says so on the contract. They didn't even mention to me that the battery needs to be replace at the time I rent the car. But I'm so thankful with the HyreCar customer service they took care of everything. It's the owner responsibility to rent there vehicle to a customer in a good condition and a reliable car so this won't happen again. I don't know why your saying you don't affiliated with HyreCar but Dan is the person I rented from through HyreCar I pick up the vehicle from your office at ONS rent a car Sarasota FLHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Horrible experience. Took an hour and a half to pick up our car even though we already had it reserved and had paid for it. The employee, Danielle cleaned the inside of it while we were waiting, so I know there was zero extra cleaning for COVID-19. Then when we thought we were ready to leave, she said, "oh god, the outside is too dirty, I have to drive it to the carwash." We told her she didn't need to, to no avail, then I asked her, if she was going to drive the car after it had already been cleaned, to wear a mask & she snapped, "I don't have a mask, I don't have to wear a mask." So she left for 10 additional minutes, breathing into the car maskless with the windows rolled up. then we got to leave with the car. I would have left without it but we had already signed the paperwork before she decided to drive it maskless. Over $430 for 2 days rental for a dirty car & slow, rude service. Plus the check engine light is on.

The manager takes advantage and charges the customers extra money. He tried to take my deposit because he found air freshners in my car. Horrible service and unfriendly staff
