Very friendly, lively consistently fun experience. Great enthusiastic instructors. Became addicted during my winter visit. Look forward to many more rides when I return.

The good: easy online registration, a clean facility, and the instructor Kelly was super high energy and fun.

The bad: bikes are older model with no bike computer. They're so close together that the gentleman's butt in front of me was inches the spout of my water bottle. Worst part, the room felt like a sauna. Like trying to do a cardio workout in a hot yoga room. I know gyms in FL are typically warmer but this was next level. Im all for a good sweat but this temperature made it highly unpleasant.

All of our bikes are brand new and have only been used the last 6 months since opening. We made the choice not to use a monitor on the bikes as we like to encourage our riders to follow the rhythm and the feeling of the music and not worry too much about the numbers.
