RUN AWAY.

I received your dispute thru BBB and on Yelp and I'm sorry that you feel like you we're treated unfairly at the end of your lease. However, In the lease agreement it stated that the tenant will give a 60 day notice and they will forfeit their security deposit as an early termination fee if they did breach on their lease agreement of which you did in fact breach. Our lease calls for an automatic cleaning fees and tenants are charged for touch up painting and any repairs that we're needed. The owner charged the following fees: Touch Up Paint $ 445.00, Move Out Condo Cleaning $ 225.86, Carpet Cleaning $ 275.38, Tile Cleaning $ 407.00, Replaced A/C Filter, Light Bulbs, Blind and Trash Fee $ 195.00, Early Termination Fee $ 1495.00. For living in the property for 7 years these hese charges were fair and valid. Eventually when the balance owed isn't paid it's then sent off to collections on 9/14/21 to collect from the tenants. We're at 23 months after your account was sent off to collections and it's unfortunate that you just now filed a complaint with BBB and writing a bad review on our company. We're sorry that you feel this way.

First time review on a property management business. After calling property manager during the first month of moving in and sounding quite angry and rude to me on the phone for no reason, I decided to only communicate via emails regarding utilities bills, cable fees etc. My rent is set up for automated pay using my bank's app so no issue here.
They are not responsive to inquiries, don't respond to emails quickly, hard to reach, don't send invoices on time. Such a pain to deal with them and don't want to go through this unpleasant experience that I now carefully read reviews of property management companies before making a decision to even apply.

RUN AWAY FAST AS POSSIBLE.
Houses dirty not ready for move in, will change lease terms to get more $$$$ on move in day, where you are now stuck with no where else to go.
Blantly lie about lease terms, agreed lease extensions.
Homes have major repair issues that are covered up and not repaired properly. Plumbing/ sewage leaks through 3 tenants that rented same home, never fixed for years. They will state they will do ...."whatever" to get you to stay/ renew your lease but never follow through.
Then try to evict you when owner decides to sell during lease period. F up your credit even though they have been paid and cashed the checks.

Do yourself a favor if this was the last property manager left in the state of Florida do not
I repeat do not hire them. They will NOT protect your investment.

RUN! They will blatantly not return your calls or answer your emails. As though they don't exist. I'm not quite sure how they still have any clients. Extremely unprofessional and will lie to cover their mistakes/wrong doings.

These people are thieves. Laura Bell charged me $100.00 for a background check for an apartment. I made her cross out the "pre-rental" contract that stated "forfeiture of security deposit ($1425) if decline signing lease after approval" with lease contract unseen at this point. Then! I was approved and was told i have to pay $150.00 for associations background check. This is ridiculous! I asked what that garbage was all about and she told me the bare faced lie that she said it when we saw the house. Thats BS because i remember everything she said and would have told her to go to hell on the spot. reviews (26 of them) describe how they charge your security deposit cleaning and other fees until its almost done. PLEASE read the reviews! They are all dirt bags. BTW, my realtor friend says it cost 20.00 for a back ground check. They are total crooks.

Please understand that our office doesn't have any control over what condo associations charge for applicants wanting to move into an owner's property that is all based off of their bylaws and rules/regulations. I was very very happy with buying a house threw this company ! My agent Heidi Thompson went above and beyond to make sure we were happy . Very professional and accommodating. She made us feel comfortable and always went out of her way for us . She would always answer any questions I had within a timely manner . It appears that Stringer Management does care about resolutions and building positive relationships. I did get a call from Tanya & Nancy. It was refreshing for all concerned to hear each others side.

Their bio heralds themselves as a family owned business that cares about their clients (owner or tenant). The REALITY is that they are a dysfunctional family owned business that has some employees who will lie to cover up their inabilities and will find any sly opportunity to take your money.
Tanya Izzo states in her bio below that any negative feedback is taken very seriously and addressed. Yet when I emailed both owners (Marge & Tanya) along with their incompetent agents Nancy & Robin, not even one of them had the courtesy to respond back.
The owners are not on top of what their employees are doing OR they don't want to know. Either way, they obviously don't care!
If they don't care about what's happening in their own house, why would you trust them with yours??
