SARASOTA, August 17, 2018 – Plymouth Harbor on Sarasota Bay, a Life Plan Community, has promoted two employees. Joseph J. Devore, previously Vice President of Health Services, was promoted to Senior Vice President of Health Services. Devore, who joined Plymouth Harbor in January 2013, oversees all health care programs and services, which includes Plymouth Harbor’s Smith Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center; the Seaside Assisted Living Residence; the Starr Memory Care Residence; and home care services. Devore is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a Master of Gerontological Studies and more than 25 years of experience in long-term care administration. Natallia Dziatsel, who joined Plymouth Harbor in January 2018 as Administrator of Financial Affairs, was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Financial Affairs. Dziatsel plans, develops, organizes, implements and evaluates all financial affairs of Plymouth Harbor including payroll, investments, and annual organizational and departmental budgets. She holds both her CPA license and her CGMA designation and has more than 10 years of experience, with 7 of them being in public accounting.
