Centauri Insurance is excited to announce their Premier Partnership with the Atlanta Braves, beginning with The Braves Inaugural season at their new spring training complex in North Port. The 5-year Premier Partnership includes naming rights to the Centauri Insurance Field Suite, the opportunity to use the facility for private events throughout the year and many other benefits. Centauri’s suite is a 4,400 square foot space featuring 90 seats, lounge seating, a private bar and can accommodate groups of up to 128 people. The entire Centauri team was in attendance on March 24th to unveil their new suite and to celebrate the stadium’s inaugural game. “Supporting a first class organization like the Braves was an easy decision.” says Rick Espino, President and CEO of Centauri Insurance. “Their rich history, commitment to excellence and dedication to the community through the Atlanta Braves Foundation so closely mirror our Core Values that we couldn’t pass up an opportunity to become a Premier Partner.” Besides the main stadium, the $100 million state-of-the-art complex also includes 6 full and 2 half practice fields, batting cages, 55,000 square foot clubhouse and multipurpose fields that can accommodate soccer and lacrosse. Although the principal purpose for the complex is for Major League Baseball Spring Training, it will also be used for extended spring training games, Gulf Coast League games, instructional league games and as a year-round medical rehabilitation facility for injured players. When not in use by the Braves, the community will have access for events such as farmers markets, art shows and other community events. CoolToday Park opened on March 24th, 2019 with the Braves defeating the Tampa Bay Rays 4-2. 2020 will mark the first official full Spring Training season for the Braves in North Port.
