Mattison’s City Grille, Downtown Sarasota Easter Menu includes: Brunch will include a variety of omelets to choose from as well as entrees like the Malbec Braised Short Ribs, Grouper Oscar or Prosciutto Stuffed Free Bird Farm organic chicken served with a vegetable risotto and sundried tomato cream sauce. For the beef and seafood lovers there will be options such as the Niman Ranch Filet and Lobster Tail dinner with truffle mashed potatoes and a rosemary demiglace.
