Dr. Ashby is a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Internist who obtained her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Ashby completed her Internal Medicine residency training at Yale where she also served as Chief Resident of the Yale Primary Care Program. Dr. Ashby has been a professional health care provider for more than 26 years with more than 18 of those years as a Medical Doctor. She transitioned her medical practice to Lifestyle Medicine and founded Conscious Health in 2018 to focus on the prevention and reversal of chronic diseases. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine and as a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Dr. Ashby prioritizes nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress relief, and social connectedness to promote optimal health for patients across the state of Florida.
