The mission of the Glasser Schoenbaum Human Services Center is to enhance the human services delivery system for underserved individuals, children and families so that they may access the services they need to become participating constructive members of the community. The Center will achieves this overall goal by making services accessible in one location and by minimizing the operational expenses of the service providers. We develop, maintain and operate the Center as a low-rent facility for the balanced delivery of high quality, affordable, accessible, comprehensive and efficiently delivered direct and indirect human services to the community.
