Vacasa was born in 2009, when our founder Eric Breon struggled to find a property manager that could offer both professional care and strong financial returns for a family vacation home on the Washington coast. Vacasa brings a forward-thinking approach to the vacation rental industry—using technology and data to enable local teams to care for homes and guests, while maximizing revenue for homeowners. The company quickly grew from one house on the Washington coast to servicing homes across the country. Today, Vacasa is the leading full-service vacation rental management company in North America. We manage homes in 32 U.S. states, plus Canada, Belize, and Costa Rica, and host over 2 million guests per year. Our people make it happen—both central support staff and professional, local caretaking teams in every market we operate in. Plus, our Customer Experience team is available 24/7 to answer guests’ questions and respond to requests. Ultimately, our goal is to unlock the possibilities of how we enjoy vacation homes. We take care of managing our homeowners’ vacation rentals so they can actually enjoy their free time (and their home when they want to).
