Modus Builders called our company in for some specialty work on a vary large beachfront residential project. Working with several other trades on such a large project can be challenging to say the least. I worked with both field and office personnel and ALL of them seemed to have a commanding knowledge of their specific areas of expertise and were timely and professional throughout the project. Leslie and I cannot say enough about RJ and Modus builders. They have undertaken a complicated addition to accommodate our handicap daughter. Working very close with our architect and understanding our specific needs for not only her medical equipment but features that would be visually stimulating for our daughter to observe , His input was very valuable in helping us make decisions on how we should move forward. Being a developer in New York every time I came to Florida I was very frustrated as to how long it took contractors to complete a project. RJ has not disappointed us at all , we are midway through the project and his team has coordinated each trade in such a manner it is astonishing. We believe he will be finished in record time with the highest quality of craftsmanship we could’ve expected. He is a true professional and caring individual and we are truly blessed to have found him.
