I can't explain how frustrated I am with the poor service I have received from Ben Brown Insurance Agency. I have insured my home, flood and car there for 3 years, and upon renewal this year, simply received an email reminder from someone I never heard of. No mention of the new cost, whether they had looked around to find something better, etc. Just basically: "Here, pay this." I attempted to renew online and emailed her that I was unable to. I included my phone number so she could call me. No call. No service. No offer to expedite payment. Just another email with an 800 # for the company. In the entire episode, I never heard from my agent. Not what I would expect from a service-oriented company.

I switched insurance agents and George recommended Tower Hill, which turned out to be a really good company. I recently had water damage and Tower HIll handled the claim quickly and fairly. The price for his insurance was extremely competitive, too.
