Requirements Have the gift of hospitality and a heart for helping children. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Excellent communication and people skills. Experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes and ability to lead teams of volunteers. Ability to lift 20 pounds.
