Michael Doyle has been named Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Yolanda Mancha has been promoted to Vice President for Advancement. Both executive positions will play an instrumental role in enhancing and expanding the organization’s infrastructure and programmatic opportunities that help thousands of youth achieve their full potential at six Boys & Girls Clubs across Sarasota and DeSoto Counties. Doyle joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County in 2014, and brought 40 years of extensive leadership and expertise in strategic development as a former fundraising professional in higher education and manufacturer’s representative in the recognition awards industry. Over the past five years, Doyle has directed the agency’s vision of resource development strategies and led efforts that bolstered its annual fund through the cultivation of major gifts, grants and sponsorships, as well as, donor stewardship and retention. In his new role, Doyle will work closely with President/CEO Bill Sadlo to assess community needs, identify growth opportunities and secure support for new and innovative initiatives. Mancha has dedicated 16 years of her career to youth-serving organizations in the nonprofit sector, and started working for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County in 2016 as the agency’s Director of Advancement. In the past three years, Mancha has reinvigorated the organization’s execution of resource development strategies, specifically through grants and database management, marketing and communications, community engagement and donor and corporate relations. As Vice President for Advancement, Mancha will lead efforts that refine the organization’s ability to provide enriching educational, developmental and recreational programs for youth.
