Creative cocktails will also be featured on the March holiday. All three Mattison’s Restaurants will have the St. Patrick’s Day dish on their menus in addition to their regular menus and daily specials. Mattison’s Riverwalk Grille in Downtown Bradenton will feature a make your own Bloody Mary menu. The brisket used to make the corned beef is from Niman Ranch, a network of 740 small family farms throughout the United States. Mattison’s partners with Niman Ranch because their products are all-natural, free of antibiotics and hormones and the animals are treated humanely. In fact, the animals from Niman Ranch have never been given antibiotics or hormones - EVER. Mattison’s bartenders will create specially themed St. Patrick’s Day drinks for those in the spirit of the holiday. Don’t expect green beer at Mattison’s though. Chef Paul Mattison is proud to serve healthy, sustainable and locally sourced ingredients and green dye is not on the list. So, whether you are Irish or Irish for the day, celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at any of the three Mattison’s locations.
