Sarasota, Florida- The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art is thrilled to announce their UnGala Getaway Giveaway! One lucky winner will receive a plethora of fabulous prizes and surprises, all centered around a stay in The Ringling’s exclusive and storied guest cottage.
Christina Fraser, assistant director and the driving force behind The Ringling’s events, said, “Following up on the tremendous success of UnGala 2019, we had planned an even more incredible experience for our guests in 2020. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic sidelined our plans. But in true Ringling spirit, we put our heads together and came up with a virtual event that will not only benefit the museum’s mission and commitment to community engagement, but provide one lucky winner with the experience of a lifetime!”
The prize package will allow the winners to live it up like John and Mable! Included are an overnight stay for two in the exclusive Ringling Guest Cottage, a scrumptious dinner in the fabulous Belvedere Tower of Ca' d' Zan, breakfast served bayside on Ca d ’Zan’s Terrace, a private tour of Ca’d’Zan with Steven High, Executive Director and 2 full days of admission to The Museum of Art and Circus Museum. Fraser also promises additional splendid surprises that will be personally curated to the interests of the guests.
Tickets will go on sale on Sept. 9. A limited number will be sold and the cost is 100.00 per ticket. Follow The Ringling on Facebook to view the drawing live from the Ca’ d’Zan October 17 at 6 p.m. Additionally, the museum is partnering with local restaurants who will be providing a special, “UnGala Menu” that evening. Diners may order for take-away or dine-in from Grove, Mattison’s 41, Michael’s on East or Pier 22. A portion of the sales will be donated to the museum. Tickets are available at ringling.org.
