Orr joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties in 2017 as the organization’s Community Engagement Manager. As the nonprofit expanded its reach and impact in South Sarasota County and DeSoto County, Orr transitioned into the role as Regional Development Director in 2019 to foster community relations, increase local support and bolster programmatic opportunities for area youth and families in Venice, North Port and Arcadia.
