February 11, 2021 (Sarasota, Fla) – An iconic modern residence sited on a double lot and designed by Philip Skirball in desirable Harbor Acres became the highest sale in the neighborhood’s history (and second highest in Sarasota County to date) when it closed yesterday for $13.25 million. The sale was negotiated and concluded before top-producing, Michael Saunders & Company Realtor® Kim Ogilvie officially listed the home in MLS, a testament to the speed at which ultra-luxury deals are happening in today’s real estate market. 1452 Hillview Drive boasts more than $4 million in upgrades and functional design elements in addition to over 206 feet of private waterfront.
