The Ramos Center Welcomes Dr. Danielle E. Babb to the Team Contact Name: Jessica McCarthy Contact Email: jmccarthy@ramoscenter.com Contact Phone Number: 7274156611 Bradenton, FL – August 12th, 2021 – The Ramos Center for Interventional & Functional Pain Medicine proudly welcomes, board certified Interventional Pain Physician, Dr. Danielle Babb, to their comprehensive team. Her addition to the Ramos Center will play an integral role in the expansion of the practice northward into Pinellas County. Dr. Babb grew up in the Fort Meyers area and completed most of her education and training in the Sunshine State. In 2012 she earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida and in 2016 she graduated from Medical School, locally, at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton. Following medical school, she relocated to Miami, Florida where she completed her residency and internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami. During her time in south Florida, Dr. Babb was selected to participate in research focused on patient safety and quality improvement. During this study she designed and developed surveys that helped measure patient outcomes and responses to interventional treatment. In 2020, Dr. Babb made the move to Lexington, Kentucky for her Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Babb will initially be treating patients in their Bradenton office and soon transitioning into the Ramos Center’s first Pinellas County office in St. Petersburg. When asked about her new role, Dr. Babb stated “I am excited to start my professional career at the Ramos Center, alongside this comprehensive and robust team of skilled physicians. Most importantly, I’m glad to bring my experiences and knowledge to my home community.” About the Ramos Center for Interventional and Functional Pain Medicine Founded over 20 years ago by Dr. Fabian A. Ramos, DABA, DABPM, DABIPP, FIPP the Ramos Center for Interventional and Functional Pain Medicine opened its Bradenton doors in January of 2000. Dr. Ramos and his team of skilled Providers and Staff a wide range of state-of-the-art treatment options to relieve their patients’ chronic pain that include Medical and Interventional procedures, Cognitive Behavioral and Hypnotherapy, and Physical Therapy. Dr. Ramos saw the need to expand his multi-modality approach to treating chronic pain and in 2005, the Ramos Center opened a second office location in Sarasota, FL, followed by a third office location in Venice, FL in January of 2019.
