Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34239). This family-friendly, feel-good show is sure to melt even the most Grinch-like hearts. Directed by Amanda Heisey, with Stage Manager Alisha Tyler-Lohr, the show was adapted from the 1947 Radio Broadcast by Lance Arthur Smith. You’ll hear some familiar Christmas tunes with a jazzy flair and some original songs that will fill you with that nostalgic warmth of the holidays. Synopsis: When a department store Santa claims he’s the real Kris Kringle, his case gets taken all the way to the Supreme Court, and a little girl’s belief makes the difference in the ‘miracle.’ With live Foley effects and a score of holiday carols, this show takes you back to 1947, at a live radio broadcast of the story.
