Anne Suda – Cellist | Founder, CellOm Strings
Anne Suda is an internationally acclaimed cellist, recording artist, and founder of CellOm Strings, a boutique music collective based in Sarasota, Florida. Her playing is known for its expressive warmth and soulful connection, drawing in audiences across the U.S., Europe, China, and Canada.
Anne has appeared as a soloist with orchestras including the Sonoma County Philharmonic, UCLA Symphony, Knox-Galesburg Symphony, and Venice Symphony. She’s a past winner of the Frances Walton Competition and has held residencies with international chamber ensembles at institutions like the Banff Centre and Britten-Pears Programme.
A passionate collaborator and advocate for chamber music, Anne has co-founded several acclaimed ensembles, including the VEM Quartet, Cellisimo, and Nonsemble 6, with whom she made her Kennedy Center debut. She trained at the doctoral level at UCLA, and holds degrees from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and Vanderbilt University, where she also studied English.
Through CellOm Strings, Anne brings elegant, curated performances to weddings, corporate events, and concert stages throughout Florida and beyond.
