Join us for a powerful conversation at our next State of the Community event, featuring guest speaker Kody Glazer - Chief Legal and Policy Officer of the Florida Housing Coalition. This quarterly event provides an opportunity to learn about hot topics relevant to our local community whilst enjoying a hearty lunch from The Carlisle Inn, which is known for its award-winning hospitality! 

More about the Speaker:

Kody Glazer is the Chief Legal and Policy Officer of the Florida Housing Coalition. Kody spearheads the Coalition's legal and policy initiatives, providing technical support to local government staff, elected officials, builders, community groups, and other affordable housing stakeholders on regulatory reform, funding, land use, innovative policy, and the law generally as it relates to affordable housing. Kody leads the Coalition's policy design and housing affordability advocacy efforts, as the lead of the Sadowski Affiliates, and has expertise drafting state legislation and local housing ordinances and policies. Kody is an Adjunct Professor at the Florida State University Department of Urban and Regional Planning.

A Buffet Lunch will be served:

Roast pork tenderloin, Marinated Chicken Breasts, Cilantro Lime Rice, Black Beans, Mango Salsa, Tossed Salad with Ranch, Italian, and Honey mustard dressings, Salsa and chips, Blueberry Pie, Heavenly Bars, Amish Whoopie Pies.
