In his typically unpretentious manner, Jay will explain the process of producing the world's most prestigious sparkling wine from grape to glass. Using a curated flight of five Champagnes, he will illustrate how the aromas and flavors of Champagne cannot be recreated anywhere else in the world, one sip at a time. This event is geared towards those who hope to increase their understanding of Champagne, all levels of knowledge are welcome!
