Conjure Beer Co. is a new brewery here in The Sunshine State. They have recently been featured at events like the Alga Beer Co. Oktoberfest and Punk in the Park Fest. The company focuses on unique flavors, like their sour beers with fruit and spice blends. 'Been a long, long road... but we're happy to announce that we have officially launched Conjure Beer Co out into the market!' This nomad brewery is headquartered in Orlando, is contract brewing in Bonita Springs, and boasts owners/brewers from Angry Chair and Civil Society — two great breweries that we love to have on tap at 99!! Here’s what will be available on draft: PERSISTENT MYTH — 5.5% - Fruited Sour with Mango, Thai sticky rice, toasted and untoasted coconut, pandan SOLAR CRYPT — 5.5% - Fruited Sour with Guava, Amchoor, Chaat Masala spice blend THRONES — 6.8% - Hazy IPA brewed with citra T-90 and Incognito. Dry Hopped with Cashmere, Rakau, and Mosaic Spectrum. All beers will be available in a small five ounce pour for a flight or the full pour size. Plus all beers will be available for crowler & growler fills! 99 Bottles is open from 9am until 11pm on Friday & Saturday and 9am until 8pm on Sunday. Join us for Bagel Brunch & beers in the morning/afternoon or beers & other beers with us in the evening!
