With more than 20 years of experience across learning and development, sales, field enablement, customer experience, and organizational leadership, Kristina has led large-scale initiatives for nationally recognized companies, including Boar’s Head, L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble, and Redken 5th Avenue.

Through Hawk & Helm Advisory, she partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, build effective learning ecosystems, develop certification and academy programs, improve manager effectiveness, and connect training investments to measurable business outcomes. Her services also include executive coaching, presentation coaching, field enablement, and advisory services for Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
