HOTWORX Sarasota is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that provides members with Unlimited access to a variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts. WHAT IS HOTWORX? Our patented sauna combines Heat, Infrared, and Exercise - what we like to call “3D Training”– and makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available.  As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.  Training in a 3D environment greatly accelerates your metabolism, gets you to your target heart rate sooner, and forces your body to acclimate to the heat which conditions you for optimum performance in normal everyday environments.
