MHK Architecture was founded in 2009 by Matthew Kragh, AIA. Starting with a vision of architectural excellence, the firm has grown into a collaborative team of over one hundred design professionals. MHK offers comprehensive expertise ranging from luxury residential to multi-family, mixed-use, and hospitality-focused commercial projects. With offices nationwide, MHK has created some of the most sought-after architectural works throughout the U.S. and Caribbean. The firm has established its reputation in the design and construction industry through a commitment to excellent work and a desire to exceed clients’ expectations. Our diverse experience spans hospitality design, civic project master planning, and architecture, ensuring projects that elevate user experience with enduring impressions and meticulous attention to architectural detail.
ABOUT MATTHEW KRAGH
Matthew Kragh has been a pivotal leader in the design and development of many award-winning projects recognized by the American Institute of Architects (AIA). AIA Florida Southwest honored him with the Humanitarian of the Year award. Gulfshore Business named him one of Naples’ “Forty Under 40.”
ABOUT MARK MCLEAN
Mark is MHK’s project leader, design thinker, client advocate and relationship steward. He has experience in guiding the operations of our Naples studio; both in the mentorship and development of staff as well fiscal oversight. Mark manages varied projects with our designers and clients. He is a practice builder with a diverse portfolio of work.
ABOUT SCOTT WILSON
Scott brings over 20 years of professional experience to MHK. As a licensed Architect, he has an acute knowledge of design, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, consultant coordination, and construction implementation skills. Scott has worked on commercial projects and business development in Sarasota.
GREEN ARCHITECTURE
MHK creates environmentally responsible buildings. With LEED-certified designers, the firm considers sustainability from the outset of each project, determining the best ways to incorporate sustainable design principles, from building systems to finishes. MHK educates clients, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding renewable materials that enhance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
GIVING BACK
In addition to his professional commitments, Matthew dedicates his time to benefiting the broader community. His charitable design projects include Gordon River Park, Naples Dog Park, Youth Haven, and renovations to the Norris Center. Matthew has served as President of AIA SW Florida, as well as on the several local community boards. Foundation. Matthew and his wife, Trista, also volunteer with international mission work and run a charitable organization called the Beacon of Hope Foundation.
