Senior Care Authority of Sarasota offers senior care placement, elder care consulting, and the “Beyond Driving with Dignity” self-assessment program. We provide concierge-level support to families navigating senior care decisions with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
Placement services are provided at no cost to families. As part of a national franchise, we are highly trained, hold Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) credentials, and are committed to ethical, client-first guidance.
We also provide access to licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for evaluation and therapy services.
Bios:
Rob Kevlin is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Area Owner of Senior Care Authority in Sarasota, Florida. Rob’s mission is to provide optimal senior care placement and consulting services for seniors and their families which will align with their goals and heart. Prior to Senior Care Authority, Rob has worked as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in various settings helping seniors with communication disorders both in his own private practice and in rehabilitation, homecare, long term care, and assisted living.
Rob is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and has helped individuals with dementia, aphasia, and cognitive challenges express themselves with their own voice. Ultimately, Rob’s dedication to client advocacy and warm demeanor has led him to expand his services and to join Senior Care Authority as he felt that he could make the greatest impact with helping seniors find their home and peace. Rob is also an accomplished singer and recording artist having performed in concerts at prestigious venues throughout the United States. Rob resides with his beautiful wife and two children in Sarasota, Florida.
Yana Kevlin is a Senior Care Advisor and Area Owner of Senior Care Authority in Sarasota, FL. The core philosophy driving her work is rooted in compassion, advocacy, and empowering families to make informed, person-centered decisions that ensure the dignity, safety, and well-being of their aging loved ones.
Having a PhD in Education, Yana has a background in teaching adults of various ages for 15 years around the world. After relocating to America, she has been working for Neurorehab & Speech Healers as a Practice Manager since 2020, addressing various challenges seniors face with dealing with medical insurances, other healthcare providers, workers’ compensation and more.
Yana is committed to in-person advocacy, and has a genuine, compassionate approach to helping families with complex dynamics during a stressful time, providing emotional support, and maintaining clear, transparent communication throughout the process.
After moving to Florida, Yana realized there is a great need to make a meaningful difference, guiding families through complex and emotional transitions. Also, being eager to learn more and expand her horizons, she feels it’s a wonderful opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Residing in Sarasota, with her loving husband and their two beautiful children, Yana loves spending time together outdoors, enjoying the beaches and trails in parks. She is also a pretty good cook and likes family gatherings a lot.
