This year, we’re creating a fresh experience with a new time, new location, and an exciting lineup of speakers ready to share real-world insights on the power of meaningful relationships. Through engaging conversations and impactful storytelling, attendees will hear from Marcey Walsh of Dale Carnegie, Chris Williams of Aginto | A Digital Agency, and Will Luera of Lifeline Productions as they explore how authentic connections can create opportunities, strengthen communities, and elevate careers.

We’re also proud to celebrate the incredible talent in our community with the Young Professional of the Year Award, recognizing three outstanding individuals making a meaningful impact in their workplace and beyond. This year’s honorees are Alyssa “Ali” Orme of Caldwell Trust, Cassie Friedman of Ace Electric, and RJ Ricci of Segrera Associates.
