First responders share the commitment of protecting individuals and communities by guarding their well-being. Raising awareness on trauma-informed prevention helps create systems of care and service to our communities. This 2-day class offers practical tools to use when engaging with people who have experienced adversity, early harm, toxic stress, and/or trauma. This training is presented by Retired Special Agent Randy Kaiser with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
