Observe and assess the progress of each child, fostering individualized learning plans and maintaining clear documentation and communication with families.
Cultivate a calm, orderly, and inspiring classroom environment where children can work independently, engage with materials freely, and internalize Montessori principles.
Work in close collaboration with your co-guide and support staff to maintain the prepared environment and classroom routines.
