Position Overview

We’re seeking a warm, grounded, and licensed clinician to join our team part-time (with room to grow into a full-time position) and provide therapy sessions during one to two evenings per week and/or Friday through Sunday hours. This role is ideal for someone who values a turnkey, retreat-like setting.


The environment is calm, supportive, and thoughtfully maintained, with behind-the-scenes operations fully handled so you can focus on excellent clinical work. Ideal candidates welcome the value of joining a vibrant DBT group practice where individuality and work-life balance are celebrated.


Because you may be onsite independently during some shifts, independent licensure is required.

*Subject to a minimum of 90-day introductory period and requires Full-Time hours.

**Subject to 6 months of employment.


Responsibilities

Complete 15 client hours per week on a part-time basis, offering one or two evenings during the week, Fridays, and Saturday or Sunday hours.

Demonstrate training in evidence-based trauma treatments, with a willingness to pursue further specialization and training as needed to meet client needs.

Exhibit strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining high efficiency.

Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth through ongoing development and continuing education in mental health practices.

Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) preferred. If no experience, a desire to learn and be part of a strong DBT team.

Be open to providing a range of therapeutic services including individual, group, couples, and family therapy, employing a trauma-informed approach.

Utilize digital literacy skills to accurately and diligently manage electronic health records, ensuring each client’s story is honored with meticulous care and maintained in a timely manner.

Employ superior communication and interpersonal abilities to cultivate a collaborative and healthy atmosphere, contributing positively to both team cohesion and client well-being.

Demonstrate proficiency in applying evidence-based mental health practices to ensure effective and scientifically supported client care.


Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience post-licensure

Doctoral or Master’s degree in Counseling or related field (e.g. PhD, EdD, PsyD, Psychologist, MS, or MA)

Current Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Psychologist, or similar.

Understanding and commitment to upholding ethical standards and legal guidelines in mental health treatment and patient care.

Ideal candidates will align with our values and mission and have experience in DBT, couples therapy, family and child therapy, and trauma informed care.


Salary:

Salary range varies based on experience and hours.
