We are looking for TWO colleagues to join us on an exciting journey to enhance our reputation as company that can be trusted to do the right thing, even when no-one is looking. 


Territory One  North = Manatee, (Segments of Pinellas and Hillsborough)   

Territory Two  South = Sarasota / Charlotte

Above & Beyond is a high-performance property restoration company specializing in water, mold, fire, and construction services. We act fast, deliver quality, and earn trust. With a reputation for excellence, we’re expanding our presence and looking for motivated Business Development Representatives to own and grow referral relationships in their region.

The Role:


As a Regional Business Development Rep, you’ll be the face of Above & Beyond in your assigned territory. Your primary mission: visit 280 - 320 accounts every 4 weeks —industries such as builders, insurance agents, property managers, commercial contractors, plumbers, roofers, HVAC — ensuring our brand is top of mind when property damage strikes.


What You’ll Do:


Conduct 12 - 16+ in-person account visits per day on a disciplined route cycle.

Build and maintain strong referral relationships across your territory.

Log all activity in CRM (Albi) with follow-ups and next steps.

Contribute to company-wide goals (pipeline growth, new contracts, Google reviews).

Represent Above & Beyond with professionalism and energy at all times.

Conduct lunch and learns with clients to collaborate and educate

Attend local Marketing events to build our brand and foster community spirit


What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing, disciplined “hunter” mindset — thrives on activity and results.

Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

Organized, efficient, and comfortable with CRM tools.

Self-starter who enjoys being in the field daily.

Previous outside sales or route-based business development experience preferred. Restoration and construction experience a big plus


What it’s not 

9-5  - This role requires a level of commitment and energy that is not for the faint hearted

Out of hours attendance at marketing events, breakfasts and dinners 


Compensation:

Base salary: $45-50K 

Uncapped commission: % of revenue/profit on jobs secured.

OTE (On-Target Earnings): UNLIMITED
