Position: Roofing Sales Representative

Location: Sarasota County, FL
Job Type: Independent Contractor or Employee (Depending on Experience)
Compensation: Commission-Based – Uncapped Earnings Potential
Schedule: Flexible – Full-Time Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate roofing leads through field marketing, networking, and referrals
• Conduct property inspections and identify roof damage or replacement needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance claim processes
• Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals
• Close deals and manage customer relationships from start to finish
• Coordinate with project managers and crews to ensure successful job completion
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior roofing or construction sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage your own leads and sales pipeline
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors and conducting roof inspections
