 For over a decade, I was a top-performing multi-unit franchise owner, ranking in the top tier system-wide for 15 consecutive years. During that time, I played a key role in launching a flagship high-profile location, served as President of a Franchisee Association, and partnered closely with corporate leadership to help shape system-wide initiatives and best practices. 

In addition to my franchising career, I successfully founded and exited a specialty food retail concept, leading all aspects of the business—from branding and store development to vendor partnerships and experiential retail programming.
