HumanizEDU Opens Third Cohort of Culture & Wellbeing Coach Certification with Three Flexible Pathways for Educators Nationwide
Year-long trauma-informed leadership program expands access with traditional, webinar, and on-demand options; early bird pricing available for first 20 registrants
VENICE, FL – February 18, 2026 – HumanizEDU, a culture and wellbeing transformation organization co-founded by Sandi Herrera and Dr. Stacie Herrera, today announced enrollment for the third cohort of its Culture & Wellbeing Coach Certification (CWCC) program, launching July 2026. For the first time, the year-long certification will offer three distinct learning pathways designed to meet educators where they are—addressing the reality that teachers and school leaders need flexible, sustainable professional development that doesn't add to already overwhelming schedules.
The announcement comes as educator burnout reaches crisis levels nationwide. Nearly 55% of teachers report feeling burned out, contributing to an estimated $8 billion annual cost in teacher turnover. HumanizEDU's CWCC program addresses burnout not as a personal failing, but as a systemic crisis requiring evidence-based, trauma-informed solutions.
"Your Tuesday morning doesn't start with lesson plans—it starts with locking your classroom door for an active shooter drill," said Sandi Herrera, co-founder of HumanizEDU. "And when it's over, you're expected to reset. Smile. Teach. What we're asking teachers to carry is bigger than curriculum. It's emotional labor, chronic pressure, and systemic neglect. Our certification strengthens the humans holding the system together."
This cohort is open to 333 educators. Why 333? Because the average educator impacts over 3,000 students across their career. That means 333 certified Culture & Wellbeing Coaches equals one million student lives touched — directly — through the adults who shape their daily reality.
Three Pathways, One Transformative Outcome
The CWCC program now offers educators choice in how they engage with the year-long certification:
Pathway 1 – Traditional: The most interactive option with cameras-on cohort learning, real-time feedback, and hands-on guidance in a small, engaged group setting.
Pathway 2 – Webinar Style: Live sessions with camera-optional flexibility, allowing educators to learn alongside peers while engaging at their own comfort level. Practicum labs provide opportunities to apply learning in a supportive environment.
Pathway 3 – On-Demand: Self-paced learning with recordings educators can revisit anytime, moving through structured content on their own schedule while still completing practicum labs to turn learning into real coaching impact.
All three pathways are built on HumanizEDU's proven Me. We. School. Framework—a comprehensive model for sustainable culture and wellbeing transformation. Participants complete a 3-day in-person graduation experience and earn a global certification recognized by schools and districts nationwide.
Proven Impact Across Southwest Florida and Beyond
Since its launch, the CWCC program has tripled enrollment through grassroots momentum, with certified coaches reporting major reductions in burnout and increased capacity to lead culture change in their schools. HumanizEDU has partnered with schools across the country, including Imagine School and Island Village Montessori in Southwest Florida.
"This certification transformed my teaching approach and revitalized our school community," said Dawn, a certified Culture & Wellbeing Coach.
Schools adopting the framework report measurable improvements: increased teacher retention rates by up to 61%, significantly reduced turnover costs, improved graduation rates, and measurable increases in student engagement. By fostering psychological safety and emotional wellbeing, schools create environments where both educators and students can thrive.
Early Bird Pricing and Scholarship Opportunities
The CWCC program is regularly priced at $7,500. For a limited time, the first 20 educators to register will receive early bird pricing of $3,333—a greater than 50% savings. Partial and full scholarships are also available to ensure cost is never a barrier to access.
The cohort begins in July 2026, with participants earning certification in June 2027.
