Palmetto, FL — August 5, 2025 — On Saturday, the Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa welcomed guests and locals alike to its first-ever Movement Market by Auriactive — an outdoor wellness event designed to spark connection, support intentional living, and celebrate local businesses making a difference in health and wellness.

Held on The Yard at Palmetto Marriott, the event transformed the resort’s outdoor space into a vibrant hub of movement, mindfulness, and community. From sunrise yoga to cold plunges and kids’ dance sessions, Movement Market offered something for everyone — all while spotlighting small businesses committed to healthy, balanced lifestyles.

Highlights from the Day Included:

• Group Fitness Classes:
  
  • Morning Yoga Flow led by Kayla from Akasha Yoga Room kicked off the day at 8:15 AM with an energizing all-levels practice.
    
    
  • Family Fun Run brought families together for a free 5K or 1-Mile run with a warmup led by Elite X Fitness.
    
    
  • Pure Barre Fusion with Evonne from Pure Barre Parrish delivered a full-body strength-building session.
    
    
  • Kids’ Dance & Ballet Class led by Marissa from Major Productions Studio of Dance added a playful, Lilo & Stitch-themed moment for the little ones.
  • Cold Plunge Experience:Guests took the plunge — literally — with a refreshing 1–5 minute icy dip between 9:30–11:30 AM to boost recovery, mood, and mental clarity.
    
    
  • Vendor Village & Wellness Booths:A curated mix of health-forward snacks, fresh juices, açai bowls, and wellness vendors gave attendees a taste of mindful living, with opportunities to shop, sample, and connect.
    
    
  • Dryvebox Tampa:A standout feature of the day, Dryvebox Tampa brought its mobile golf simulator experience to the event — letting guests practice their swing and engage in friendly competition right on-site. The cutting-edge setup was a hit with attendees of all ages and added a fun, interactive energy to the wellness-focused atmosphere.
