S-One Partners with All Faiths Food Bank for Backpack Program

SARASOTA, Florida (September 22, 2025) – S-One Holdings Corporation, a global company headquartered in Sarasota with a focus on the digital imaging industry, is helping to prevent weekend hunger among students with its volunteer event at All Faiths Food Bank in Sarasota. S-One team members are participating in an All Faiths Food Bank Backpack Program on Thursday, September 25. S-One teams will be sorting and packing bags of kid-friendly, healthy foods for Sarasota County School District students to take home to eat over the weekends.

Many area students depend on free and reduced meal programs at their schools, but weekends can be a vulnerable time for food insecurity. According to the Florida Department of Health Division of Public Statistics and Performance Management, the child food insecurity rate in Sarasota County is over 16%.

Florida Department of Health Division of Public Statistics and Performance Management reports underserved families are affected by lack of affordable housing, social isolation, chronic and acute health problems, high medical costs, and low wages. Individuals with food insecurity often have a diet consisting of nutrient-poor foods, which can result in obesity, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic diseases.

All Faiths Food Bank is the only food bank and largest hunger relief organization in Sarasota and DeSoto counties.
