 About David Pires

David is a proud veteran who served his country with honor and would continue to serve if he were able. He was nominated by his sister, Doris Pires, who shared his story of resilience. After losing windows during a hurricane and taking on a roommate to afford his mortgage, David continues to face each day with quiet strength and dignity.

This roof is more than a structural upgrade, it's a symbol of gratitude, stability, and respect for a man who’s given so much.
